Day 1 - Arrival & Mathura Sightseeing

Pickup from Delhi Airport or Railway Station – Begin your journey with a comfortable transfer to Mathura.

  • Booking confirmations are subject to availability and We are not holding any reservations of hotel rooms and in case mentioned hotel is sold out at time of confirmation then similar category (Star Category) hotel will be provided as per our sole discretion.
  • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & we will not be held liable for such expenses.
  • Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable such as Christmas, New Year Eve and other events as per origin and Destination market festivals/Exhibitions/events. Peak/Festival/Events Period Surcharge to be paid extra. Will be notified at time of booking confirmation.
  • The passengers must ensure on their own that they have a valid passport and other required documents for the necessary period as per the traveling destination immigration rules.
  • The passengers should also arrange for visas before traveling with this holiday package if applicable.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of a passport or visa issue or another reason at any point. The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions.
  • On arrival in case you cannot locate your driver please call the service provider and give your complete name and confirmation number for them to guide you.
  • Any changes in pickup times for airport transfers (private only) can be done only 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In case any change request is received within 24 hours, there will be 100% cancellation charges applicable and no refund shall be provided.
  • In case you are delayed in reaching the common point, and the bus leaves for the tour, the tour is considered a no show and no refund shall be provided.
  • For tours and activities booked on private basis, the drivers arrive at specified time only and the maximum waiting time is only 10-15 mins
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternative arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

Cancellation Policy

  • Amendments are not allowed once booking is confirmed and non-refundable.
  • No Shows are non-refundable.
